初级英语教师教学模式的多模态话语研究

  多模态话语是运用听觉、视觉、触觉等多种感觉,通过语言、图像、动作等多种手段和符号资源进行交际的现象。20世纪90年代,多模态话语分析成为语言学界谈论的热点,近几年,也倍受国内外学者关注。然而,从研究角度来看,相关研究对象多为大学和中学教师,而且大多数都是对静态内容的研究。对初级教学者,即少儿英语教师的动态研究甚少,尤其对教育机构初级教师的动态研究几乎属于空白。本论文采用定量和定性分析相结合的研究方法,基于Kress和van Leeuwen的视觉语法和张德禄的模态关系框架,探讨教育机构英语教师大赛中各阶段模态使用情况及为有效实现概念功能、交际功能和语篇功能模态综合运用情况。本研究应用多模态话语标注软件ELAN5.0.0,对四位英语教师赛课视频进行观察和标注。研究过程为:首先,收集英语教师赛课视频,通过仔细观察,选出4段视频,用格式转换软件——格式工厂对4段视频中无效内容进行剪切。其次,反复观察4段视频,确定视频中所涉及到的模态,定义要标注的模态类型和下属层级,并对其进行赋码。接着,利用软件ELAN5.0.0对视频进行系统标注,统计出每位教师模态使用的总体特征。最后,对视频的标注结果进行切...
