评价理论在大学英语批评性阅读教学中的实验研究

　　创新是一个民族的灵魂，许多学者认为创新能力一个重要的组成部分是创造性思维和批判性思维。而批判性思维，从它的培养途径来看，批评性阅读就是在阅读教学中培养批判性思维的重要途径。所谓的批评性阅读不是要求读者简单的接受或记忆文本中传达的信息和知识，而是要求读者关注作者的价值观和立场以及基于读者个人的意识形态和经历对于语篇做出的评价，评价理论所关注的恰恰是语篇中的评价性资源，由此可见评价理论与批评性阅读的一致性。而目前国内关于批评性英语阅读教学的相关文献数量非常有限，研究对象单一，研究类型比例严重失调，实证研究仍处于探索阶段。 本文尝试将评价理论应用到大学英语批评性阅读教学中，从而挖掘评价理论应用的新领域，探索提升大学生英语批评性阅读能力的方法和途径，并试图通过实验证明该应用的有效性。 作者于2013年上半年在河南农业大学进行了16周的实验教学，受试者为笔者所教的应用化学专业2012级两个班的60名大一学生，每班均为30名学生。作者随机将一个班作为实验班，严格采用本论题提出的基于评价理论的批评性阅读教学模式进行教学，另一个班作为控制班，严格采用一般的批评性阅读教学三步骤进行教学。研究数据来自批评...
