操纵理论视阈下莫言作品《蛙》的葛浩文英译本研究

　　继2012年莫言获得诺贝尔文学奖后,《蛙》是其在海外市场出版的第一部小说,也是美国翻译家葛浩文最近期翻译及出版的小说。由于这部作品的新近出版,目前国内外对其的研究相对空缺,这就极大增加了文本的研究价值。本文通过对莫言《蛙》的葛浩文英译本的个案分析,运用安德烈·勒菲弗尔的操纵理论解读该英译本后隐藏的操纵因素。安德烈·勒菲弗尔认为翻译是一种改写,而改写则是一种操纵。意识形态、诗学、赞助人为三大操纵因素。因此本文将文本放在特定的社会、历史、文化和政治背景中,解读上述三大操纵因素在葛浩文的《蛙》英译本中所发挥的作用。论文分为五个章节。第一章为引言,介绍总体概况,涵盖了文本介绍、理论概述、国内外研究现状以及研究意义、研究方法和文本布局。第二章主要分析意识形态是如何操纵着文本选择和译者主体性,将文本置身于社会系统中,分析美国对中国意识形态的改变,指出译者在翻译的过程中会受到意识形态的操纵,使得翻译文本更加符合读者所处社会的意识形态。第三章研究主流诗学对文本选择、翻译策略和语言风格的操纵,译者受到操纵选取《蛙》这一符合美国主流诗学的文本作为对象并采取特定的翻译策略及方法使得译文更为目的语读者所接受。...
