《死亡：我的回忆》翻译报告

　　本文是《死亡:我的回忆》一书的翻译实践报告。本篇报告中所用的翻译材料是由澳大利亚知名女作家科瑞·泰勒所著,并于2016年出版。书中主要讲述了作者自己不幸罹患了黑色素瘤,将治疗期间的所思所想记录在册,并深刻挖掘体会生命的意义。文中暗含压迫与反抗的主题。通过作者亲身经历,将生命与死亡的意义娓娓道来。《死亡:我的回忆》是一部回忆录,属传记类文学作品,其读者群是普通大众,阅读目的在于教化和消遣。因而其语言平实,易懂;而译文也应该体现出其独特的文学魅力。本报告简要介绍了作品和原文作者的生平,阐述了译者的译前准备、翻译进度安排以及译文质量管理工作等。在本次翻译实践中,译者主要依据莱思的文本类型理论,而采用直译的方法来翻译词汇。而在语法层面上,鉴于英汉语言结构的不同,对被动句,存在句进行了实例探讨,采用了顺译法和倒译法等翻译技巧,以期达到亚历山大·弗雷泽·泰特勒的翻译三原则的翻译标准。译者希望通过本次翻译能够更好地认识到传记文学的语言和文体特征,以期本报告对同类型文本的翻译实践提供参考。
