　　随着全球化的发展,国际间的交流不断扩展和深入,医学领域的交流也逐渐增加。一方面,国际间的医学学术交流日益增加,另一方面,我国医学也不断引进国外先进的医学成果。在此过程中,医学翻译对各国医学知识的交流起到了桥梁作用,因此探讨医学文本翻译具有很强的现实意义。本报告的翻译材料为《Pacel血流导向起搏导管粘合剂变更的慢性标准实验室规范报告》,其内容为医疗用品粘合剂变更的试验报告,原文专业性强,医学专业术语和缩略语多,是一个典型的医学文本。医学文本翻译以准确传递原文的信息、再现原语为目的,和强调读者感受的功能对等理论相符,因此,尤金·奈达的功能对等理论作为了此次翻译实践的理论指导。功能对等强调用最恰当、自然和对等的语言再现原文的风格和信息,使得译文读者获得与原文读者相同的阅读感受。在翻译过程中,作者在功能对等理论指导下,从词汇和句法两个方面对翻译过程的难点进行了总结和归纳,并提出了相应的解决方法。在词汇方面,原文中存在大量的专业术语及缩略语,针对这一方面的难点,作者通过阅读大量的平行文本,分析术语和缩略语的特点,采用了词义的选择和意译的方法来实现词汇方面的对等。在句法方面的难点在于如何处理长句...
