中国进口澳大利亚葡萄酒的发展、现状与走势研究

　　随着我国经济发展和社会进步,民众对葡萄酒的消费需求也水涨船高,近年来从对华葡萄酒出口贸易中获益最多的是澳大利亚。澳大利亚葡萄酒对华出口额(不含港澳台)自2015年的4.4亿美元飞速增至2019年的8.1亿美元,增长了85%。澳大利亚在2019年超越法国,一跃成为中国最大的葡萄酒进口来源国。然而好景不长,风头正盛的澳大利亚葡萄酒对华出口在步入2020年后却遭遇颇多波折,在新冠肺炎疫情蔓延全球、中澳政治外交关系不断恶化、中方发起反倾销和反补贴调查等因素的共同影响下,澳大利亚葡萄酒对华出口正在遭遇有史以来最严重的挑战。作为2020年以来经常出现在中澳媒体新闻报道中的热点事件,中澳葡萄酒贸易纠纷逐渐进入中国大众特别是学者专家的视野,因此,对中澳葡萄酒贸易的针对性研究在今天具有了独特的学术价值和现实意义。已经有相关领域的专家学者从不同的角度和切入点发表观点,但现有的文献资料仍存在诸多不足。首先,变化频仍的中澳经贸、政治关系蕴含巨大的不确定性,现有研究的数据和事例稍显过时,其参考性略有下降;其次,2020年8月中国商务部宣布对澳大利亚的葡萄酒相继发起反倾销和反补贴调查,2021年3月,中方最终裁定...
