【摘要】：近年来，随着全球能源和环境问题的逐日增多，城市生态园林建设被提到了一个前所未有的高度。城市生态公园是城市生态园林建设的重要组成部分，为居民提供集交流、休闲、游览、集会等功能的城市公共空间，其规划设计合理与否将直接影响着城市绿地景观的可持续发展和生态文明的建设。目前，我国寒地城市生态公园建设相对落后，公园的生态设计多存在着气候影响大、盲目模仿南方案例、缺少寒地地方特色及不必要的能源浪费等系列问题，而国内现有的城市生态公园规划设计理论缺乏对寒地城市的地域解读，相关研究文章也较少，所以针对寒地城市生态公园的规划设计理论与方法研究更具现实意义。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法，以寒地城市生态公园为研究对象，首先阐述了寒地城市生态公园规划设计的相关理论，然后结合寒地城市生态公园建设条件、现状概况，分析了寒地城市气候因素带来的劣势与威胁、优势与机遇，总结了寒地城市生态公园建设的经验与不足。在此基础上，概括了寒地城市生态公园规划设计所应依据的原则，并从公园的选址要求、内部格局划分、景观设计三个方面归纳了寒地城市生态公园规划设计方法，方法具体包括：在公园的选址方面，，要依托寒地城市自然生态条件、考虑具有重要生态价值的场所、选择利于改善城市小气候的地区、保持寒地城市绿色廊道连续性；在内部格局划分方面，提出了依据不同类型城市生态公园划分功能分区的手法，强调了紧密式景观格局的布局手段，明确了道路系统的整体性和可达性；在景观设计方面，针对寒地城市气候特点，提出了从生态、地域、气候三个角度分析的寒地城市生态公园景观设计的思路。最后，以生态修复型哈尔滨规划公园作为案例设计，将研究的一系列寒地城市生态公园规划设计原则和方法应用到实践中，深入挖掘地方优势，营造出富于生态性、地域性、气候性的寒地城市生态公园，实现理论与实例相结合。通过本论文研究，提炼出一套适宜于寒地城市生态公园规划设计方法，进一步丰富了寒地城市生态公园规划设计的理论研究内容，以期为今后寒地城市生态公园建设提供有价值的理论指导与实践参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the global energy and environmental problems of increasing construction of ecological garden city has been referred to a hitherto unknown height. City ecological park is an important part of construction of Ecological Garden City, provide a set of communication, for the residents of leisure, sightseeing, city public space gathering function, its design is reasonable or not the construction will directly affect the sustainable development of city landscape and ecological civilization. At present, China's cold city ecological park construction is relatively backward, there are many ecological park design and climate impact, blind imitation of Southern case, series of problems in lack of local characteristics and unnecessary waste of energy, and the existing domestic the city ecological park planning and design theory of lack of geographical interpretation of the cold city, the related research is less, so for the planning and design theory of city ecological park in cold area The method study is more practical.
This paper uses the combined method of theory and practice, the city ecological park in cold region as the research object, firstly explains the related theory of winter city ecological park planning and design, and then combined with the cold city ecological park construction condition, present situation, analyzes the weaknesses and threats in the cold city climate factors, advantages and opportunities. Summarizes the cold city ecological park construction and the lack of experience. On this basis, summarizes the cold city ecological park planning and design should be based on the principle, and from the park site, interior partition, landscape design three aspects summarizes the cold city ecological park planning and design method, the method includes: in park site, to rely on the cold city natural ecological conditions, considered ecologically important sites, to improving city microclimate area, keep cold city green Corridor continuity; in terms of internal pattern division, was put forward according to different types of city ecological park functional partition technique, emphasizes the layout means close landscape pattern, to clear the path of system integrity and accessibility; in landscape design, according to the climatic characteristics of winter city, put forward from the ecological, geographical analysis of three aspects of climate, cold city ecological park landscape design ideas.
Finally, case design with ecological restoration planning of Harbin Park, a series of cold city ecological park planning and design principles and methods of application in practice, in-depth excavation of local advantages, to create a rich ecosystem, regional climate, the winter city ecological park, to achieve the combination of theory and practice.
This paper refines a set of suitable methods in planning and design of city ecological park, further enrich the theoretical research contents of winter city ecological park planning and design, in order to provide valuable theoretical guidance and practical reference in city ecological park construction.
