中国-东盟双方跨境农业合作方式探析

【摘要】：基于利好政策叠加、地缘优势明显、农产品资源丰富等中国推进跨境农业合作的基础和条件,中国—东盟农业互联互通蓬勃发展。本文通过进一步梳理和分析双边跨境农业合作的主要方式,包括推广农业技术与品种的跨境合作方式、拓展农业资源开发的跨境合作方式、兴建农业发展园区的跨境合作方式,提出了主体拓展、贸易协调、技术应用、风险规避等跨境农业合作方式的转型升级之策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the superposition of favorable policies, obvious geographical advantages, abundant agricultural resources, and so on, the foundation and conditions for China to promote cross-border agricultural cooperation, The agricultural connectivity between China and ASEAN is booming. This paper further combs and analyzes the main ways of bilateral cross-border agricultural cooperation, including the cross-border cooperation mode of popularizing agricultural technology and varieties, and expanding the cross-border cooperation mode of agricultural resources development. The paper puts forward some strategies for the transformation and upgrading of cross-border agricultural cooperation, such as the expansion of the main body, trade coordination, technology application, risk aversion and so on.
