云南高校教师教育技术能力计算机评价系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息技术的飞速发展,教育技术已经成为实现教育现代化的必要手段,而教育技术得到广泛应用的关键之一是提高教师的教育技术能力。因此更好的对教师教育技术能力进行评价,让他们发现自身存在的不足并加以改进,是提高教育技术能力的有效方法之一。 教育技术作为一个开放复杂的系统已经无庸置疑,它所具有的开放性、复杂性、模糊性、随机性等特征,加大了对教师教育技术能力评价的难度,同时,教师自身的价值观念、学术水平、实践经验以及人际间的关系等等都会对评价的结果和过程造成影响。面对这些复杂的问题,单一的方法很难做出准确的评价,因此本文结合定量评价与定性分析,以钱学森提出的解决复杂问题的从定性到定量综合集成的方法论为指导来进行研究。 由于国内还没有专门针对高校教师教育技术能力评价的统一标准,因此本文在借鉴国内外相关标准的前提下,首先构建了一套以教师基本理论和知识、技术应用能力、科研创新、技术交流与社会责任四个方面为主的针对云南高校教师教育技术能力的评价体系,一方面可以让教师了解自己的教育技术能力情况,有目的的改进;另一方面为学校进行考核提供了评判的依据。其次,通过问卷的发放,运用模糊综合评判的原理与算法对数据进行处理。接着依靠.net技术最终实现计算机评价系统的开发。最后,本文通过测试与试用,对指标体系和计算机评价系统的有效性进行了证实。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, educational technology has become a necessary means to realize the modernization of education. Therefore, it is one of the effective ways to improve the ability of educational technology to evaluate teachers' ability of educational technology better, to make them find their own shortcomings and to improve them. Educational technology as an open and complex system has no doubt, it has the characteristics of openness, complexity, fuzziness, randomness and so on, which makes it more difficult to evaluate teachers' educational technology ability, and at the same time, teachers' own values. Academic level, practical experience and interpersonal relationships all have an impact on the outcome and process of evaluation. Faced with these complex problems, it is difficult for a single method to make an accurate evaluation, so this paper combines quantitative evaluation with qualitative analysis. Under the guidance of Qian Xuesen's methodology for solving complex problems from qualitative to quantitative integration. Since there is no unified standard for the evaluation of college teachers' educational technical ability in China and abroad, this paper first constructs a set of teachers' basic theory and knowledge, technical application ability under the premise of drawing lessons from relevant standards at home and abroad. Four aspects of scientific research innovation, technical exchange and social responsibility are mainly aimed at the evaluation system of Yunnan university teachers' educational technology ability. On the one hand, teachers can understand their own educational technology ability and improve purposefully; On the other hand, it provides the basis of evaluation for the school. Secondly, the principle and algorithm of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to deal with the data. Finally, the development of computer evaluation system is realized by using. Net technology. Finally, the effectiveness of the index system and the computer evaluation system are verified by testing and trial.
