教育实习对职前英语教师教学反思能力的影响研究

在后方法时代,教学反思已经被当作教师教育的一种模式,写入多国教师职业标准。教学反思被认为是教师专业性的体现,是解决教师工作中问题的最佳方法。如何培养和提高教师反思能力已经成为教师教育的热门话题。职前教师在实习期间面临的问题是多种多样的、充满复杂性的和极具挑战性的。因此,他们可能会依靠直觉和经验开展教学,导致其不能全面把握教学的实际情况。基于此,教学反思已经被纳入许多职前教师教育项目的日程,引导职前教师反思自己的教师信念、生活经历、教育经历、人生观等方面对其教学的影响。目前很多研究探讨了如何在实习期间促进职前教师反思能力的发展。这些研究偏向质性研究,如个案研究、行动研究等,其研究媒介是反思日记,录像视频等。研究揭示了许多有利于职前教师反思能力发展的实践。但这些研究都有研究对象少、研究方法单一等问题,很少有结合量化与质性工具研究实习对职前教师反思能力影响的研究,尤其针对一个教师教育项目中的教育实习对职前教师反思能力的影响研究。本研究继承了前人研究成果,并试图通过采用反思问卷、反思日记和采访的方法,研究实习对职前教师反思能力的影响,以及导致其产生变化的原因。主要包括以下三个研究问题:1)职前...
