关联理论视角下的汉语立法文本英译

随着经济全球化进程的发展,中国同其他国家间的交流日趋频繁,对汉语法律翻译的需求变得日益迫切。但中国目前法律翻译的状况却难以让人满意。因此,本文试图在关联理论的框架内对法律翻译进行解析,为法律翻译研究提供一个新的视角。 作为一种新兴的认知语用学理论,关联理论被格特应用到翻译研究中后,引起了学者们的广泛关注。格特指出在关联理论框架内翻译是一个双重的明示-推理交际过程,涉及三个参与者：原语文本作者、译者和目的与读者。在关联理论的指导下,译者在原语文本的刺激下,结合大脑中的语境知识,推断出原文作者的交际意图。然后译者根据目的语的语言特点及目的语读者的认知语境,选用恰当的方法将其翻译成目的语。 为了探索汉语立法文本翻译中体现的关联理论思想以及关联理论对汉语立法文本英译的解释和指导作用,本文从词汇和句法两个层面对汉语立法文本的英译进行解析。第三章通过对英语法律语言特点的简要分析以及对汉英法律语言特点的比较,指出汉英法律语言间的异同。第四章则回答了如何运用关联理论指导汉英法律翻译。首先,在词汇翻译方面,译者要准确理解原文本法律术语的概念,同译文读者的期待相结合,将其翻译成规范的目的语。在句法方面,译...
