拉康主体理论视域下对《还乡》中尤斯塔西雅的解读

19世纪末,当文学领域不断出现各种思潮时,托马斯·哈代（1840-1928）积极地在思想内容、主题以及技巧等方面进行创新。例如,在描绘女性形象时,哈代摒弃了将她们简单划分为天使和魔鬼的传统,而是试图表现出她们丰富的自我意识和独立的思想。《还乡》中的尤斯塔西雅就是哈代笔下极具进步思想和自我意识的典型女性人物。因此,尤斯塔西雅也自然成为国内外研究的热点。本文在梳理了前人对《还乡》的研究基础上,从拉康主体理论的视角来解读尤斯塔西雅的心理和精神的发展轨迹,旨在挖掘其悲惨命运的归因。尤斯塔西雅的心理发展过程可大致分为三个阶段。在想象界中,由于自恋情结,尤斯塔西雅误认了自己,在精神上逐渐走向分裂和异化。对自己的误认导致了尤斯塔西雅进一步误认了她的爱人和生活。在象征界中,父母的缺席导致了尤斯塔西雅对象征界的大他者:埃格顿荒原和维多利亚时代社会的无知和无畏的态度。由于主体总是被象征界的大他者主导,所以尤斯塔西雅对埃格顿荒原和维多利亚社会的反抗不可避免地走向失败。在实在界中,尤斯塔西雅精神上遭受极大的创伤,这创伤源于她在想象界中的误认及其在象征界中对大他者的反抗。她渴望巴黎,一个象征自由和独立的地方,但...
