社会心理语用学视角下乡医与患者的会话策略研究

会话策略是帮助说话者保持会话顺利进行并达到交际目的的技巧。医患互动是近年来的研究热点。以往关于会话策略和医患会话的研究引起了国内外学者广泛的多角度的关注。然而,较少有研究关注过中国乡村医生与患者的对话以及中国乡村医生与患者交流时采用的会话策略。本研究焦距三个研究问题:1.中国乡村医生与患者交流时采用了哪些会话策略?2.这些会话策略对患者具有怎样的社会心理效应?3.对医生来说,每种会话策略的适用性如何?本研究采用田野调查和实证研究的方法,收集了真实的乡医与患者的对话,然后对数据进行定性分析,并辅以基本的定量分析,探究了中国乡村医生与患者的会话策略。笔者收集了10位年龄在35-45岁的中国乡村医生与217名患者的217段完整对话。总时长为6小时58分30秒。数据全部转写并做认真分析。笔者挑出了语料中乡村医生所采取的全部会话策略,并对其进行了分类整理。研究发现,中国乡村医生采用了12种会话策略来帮助患者更加配合诊断、更加积极治疗。这些会话策略是问候、询问、诊断中指导、展示数据、断言、诊断后指导、解释、比较、安慰、赞扬、警告和亲属称呼。其中,诊断中指导又分为直接指导和请求式指导两种。诊断后指导...
