C公司小语种员工流失率问题研究

  业务流程外包已经存在了几十年,特别是在制造业部门,它是一种降低成本的手段。中国经济作为世界上发展最快、最具活力的经济体,其稳定的政治环境、较好的法制建设和基础设施建设、市场的巨大潜力以及大量低成本的具备基础技术和语言能力的人才均预示出中国在发展业务外包中存在明显的比较优势。近年来,在国家政府部门一系列支持政策,以及宏观经济快速发展、技术进步,国内企业外包需求和承接外包能力的因素推动下,我国外包服务行业发展十分迅速,目前已经发展成为仅次于印度的全球第二大服务外包国。依托国家优势,业务流程外包企业已然取得了较快的发展速度,但同时也面临着许多问题需要改进,例如,公司的硬件配套设施,公司的长远发展战略,人才的培养和留存等。C公司作为外包服务行业在国内成长迅速的其中一员,也长期面临着小语种员工流失率居高不下的困境,制约着其发展,更严重威胁着经营的稳定。本文采用马斯洛需求原理和工作特征设计模型等相关理论,分析了C公司小语种员工流失率的实际案例,并通过问卷和访谈等方法,发现其存在的薪资规划不合理,岗位人员配置不恰当,招聘过程有缺失等各环节的不足等问题,并就此提出了合理改善薪资估算数据,加入性格测试分...
