Antibiotics and Cu(Ⅱ):Co-sorption and Acetylcholin Esterase

  污染物的共存是环境中一个普遍的现象。现在土壤和水体环境中都能检测到抗生素和重金属的存在,它们之间的相互作用可能会影响彼此的环境行为和风险。在有关抗生素和重金属的环境行为研究中,其吸附行为和生物毒性是研究的主要内容。土壤是污染物环境行为的重要介质,而有机质作为土壤的重要组份,直接暴露在土壤颗粒的外表面,关系到污染物的吸附行为。在本研究中,不同有机质含量的土壤被选为吸附剂,研究抗生素(磺胺甲恶唑,SMX和氧氟沙星,OFL)与重金属(Cu2+)在土壤中的共吸附行为。研究结果表明,抗生素和Cu2+的相互作用既可以促进、也可以抑制彼此在土壤中的吸附。在比较主要吸附质和共吸附质的吸附系数时表明,抗生素和Cu2+相互促进的情况发生在主要吸附质吸附系数高的时候(主要吸附质浓度低)。而抗生素和Cu2+相互抑制的情况发生在主要吸附质吸附系数下降到一定数值时(数值与土壤颗粒的性质有关)。这可能是由于吸附质浓度低时,抗生素和Cu2+占据的是各自的高能吸附位点(对于抗生素来说,其高能位点可能是土壤颗粒上的憎水区域;对于Cu。+来说,其高能位点可能是内层络合位点),Cu2+与被吸附的抗生素络合、抗生素通过被吸附的...
