文章摘要为了评价生物絮团作为草鱼稚鱼饵料的营养价值,以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)稚鱼为研究对象,以皇竹草(Pennisetum sinese)为对照,养殖60天后测定草鱼稚鱼的生长指标、肌肉营养成分组成与含量。结果表明:生物絮团组草鱼平均尾末质量与皇竹草组相比提高了1.14倍,生物絮团组草鱼的体长、成活率和肥满度均优于皇竹草组。生物絮团组比皇竹草组的草鱼肌肉常规营养成分中的粗蛋白和碳水化合物显著差异(P〈0.05),但粗脂肪和灰分含量基本一致。另外,生物絮团组和皇竹草组草鱼肌肉氨基酸中均含有16种常规氨基酸和4种鲜味氨基酸(天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸),其常规氨基酸总质量分数分别为(17.1±1.24)%和(16.803±1.030)%,氨基酸各组成成分均无显著变化;生物絮团组草鱼肌肉中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和高不饱和脂肪酸(HUFA)总数分别为(32.2±4.05)%和(34.61±4.08)%,极显著高于皇竹草组(P〈0.01)。可见,生物絮团养殖模式不仅能提高草鱼稚鱼的生长性能,而且能在不改变肌肉氨基酸组成和鲜味的条件下明显提高其肌肉中营养价值中的不饱和脂肪酸含量,因此,生物絮团可以作为草鱼稚鱼的一种新型优质饵料。

AbstrTo evaluate the value of biofloc technology nutrition, the growth traits and nutritional composition of muscle of grass carp farmed about 60 days were analyzed in the model of biofloc technology (BFT) (as the experimental group) and Pennisetum sinese Roxb (as the control group). The result showed that the ratio of weight gain of grass carp using BFI" were 1.14 times than that of the control group, and the body length, survival rate and condition factor of grass carp were more than that of the control group. Crude protein and carbohydrate of muscle between the BFT and grass group were significantly different (P〈0.05), however, crude fat and ash content of muscle of grass carp were basically identical. In addition, there were 16 kinds of conventional amino acids and 4 kinds of delicious amino acids (Asp, Glu, Gly, Ala ). The total contents of amino acid were (17.1± 1.24)% and (16.803± 1.030)% in 2 groups, respectively, but there were no significant difference between them(P〉0.05). The total contents of PUFA and HUFA were (32.20±4.05) % and (34.61± 4.08) % in the experimental group, respectively; which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01). In summary, the model of BFT not only improve the growth performance of the juvenile grass carp, but also increase the nutritive value of muscle under no change of the amino acid composition and delicious amino acid. So, BFT may serve as a new type of high quality bait of grass carp' s juveniles.
