【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日益激烈和经济体制改革的不断深入,企业的发展面临越来越严峻的挑战,特别是像中国二冶集团这样的老牌国有企业,虽然经历了从计划经济到市场经济的洗礼,但其自身并没有完全成为一个鲜明的市场经济的主体,无论是内部管理还是外部经营都带有计划经济的色彩,都让企业在面对渐趋复杂的发展环境和种种不确定因素时显得力不从心。面对“十二五”规划所带来的新一轮发展机遇,中国二冶集团冶建施工业务如何打破发展桎梏,保持市场份额,扩大市场竞争力成为中国二冶集团冶建施工业务持续快速发展需要思考的重要课题。 本研究立足中国二冶集团冶建施工业务的发展实际,应用行业结构分析和企业战略分析对企业该项业务的外部环境和自身优势进行分析,得出相应的战略规划和真正适用企业战略措施,对中国二冶集团冶建施工业务的战略发展具有现实的指导意义。本研究首先阐述了选题背景,明确选题的研究意义和目的;接着,在简要介绍中国二冶集团冶建施工业务的发展现状后,总结出中国二冶集团冶建施工业务发展存在的战略问题;然后,根据国家发展规划和产业政策,在分析外部环境、内部条件及其发展趋势的基础上,识别出中国二冶集团冶建施工业务发展存在的机遇和挑战,归纳出中国二冶集团冶建施工业务发展的优势和劣势;最后,根据前文分析总结出的机遇、威胁、优势、劣势,通过制作SW0T分析表,并对可能的战略进行评价,进而制定业务发展战略,并制定相应的发展措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition and the deepening of economic system reform, the development of enterprises is facing more and more severe challenges, especially the old state-owned enterprises such as China's Erxi Group. Although it has experienced the baptism from planned economy to market economy, it has not completely become the main body of a distinct market economy. Both internal and external management have the color of planned economy. Both make the enterprise appear unable to cope with the complicated development environment and all kinds of uncertain factors, and face the new development opportunity brought by the 12th Five-Year Plan. How to break the shackles of development, maintain market share and expand market competitiveness has become an important issue for the continuous and rapid development of metallurgical construction business of Erye Group of China. Based on the development of metallurgical construction business of Erye Group of China, this paper analyzes the external environment and advantages of this business by industry structure analysis and enterprise strategy analysis. Get the corresponding strategic planning and truly apply to the enterprise strategic measures, for China's Erye Group Metallurgical Construction Business strategic development of practical guiding significance. This study first elaborated the background of the topic. Make clear the research meaning and purpose of the selected topic; Then, after a brief introduction of the status quo of the development of the metallurgical construction business in Erye Group of China, the paper summarizes the strategic problems existing in the development of the Metallurgical Construction Business of the Erye Group of China. Then, according to the national development plan and industrial policy, based on the analysis of the external environment, internal conditions and development trends, the opportunities and challenges of the development of metallurgical construction business of China Erye Group are identified. The advantages and disadvantages of the development of metallurgical construction business in Erye Group of China are summarized. Finally, according to the above analysis summarized opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses, through the production of SW0T analysis table, and the evaluation of possible strategies, and then formulate business development strategy. And formulate the corresponding development measures.
