建筑空间环境一体化设计方法与应用研究

【摘要】：中国全面进入城市化和城乡一体化发展以来,城市和乡村建设突飞猛进。建筑空间环境行业作为城乡建设的核心,快速发展下的行业状况,存在着诸多环节的断层。在此种背景下,政府提出了生态和美丽中国的发展战略,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观。基于此,笔者提出了建筑空间环境一体化设计方法与应用的研究,对于国内目前的城市化建设现状,围绕建筑空间环境的核心问题,展开一系列的探索研究工作。本文着重从专业设计方法角度,以建筑为核心,景观环境和室内环境为两翼,展开建筑空间环境一体化设计方法的研究。通过对国内外既往研究相关成果的整理、比对、总结,得出一体化设计的思想核心理论和研究指导原则,既多样性、整体性、连续性、生态可持续发展原则。本文着力从形式语言一体化、场所空间一体化两个方面,进行深入系统的一体化设计方法研究,并以实际案例付诸实践,检验一体化设计方法指导下的建设项目的实效性。通过理论与实践的综合研究,最后总结出建筑空间环境一体化设计是形成多元化空间、一体化空间的有效途径,综合阐述一体化设计方法指导设计实践的时代意义和社会意义,并提出方法理论研究的后续性和美好期望。对我国目前发展的城市建设和建筑空间环境的设计领域,所提供的参考和借鉴价值,正是本文研究的重要意义。本文的特点在于通过对国内外建筑空间环境一体化设计相关的既往研究文献资料和优秀设计案例进行对比和分析,结合实际项目的设计实践构建出一体化设计思想的核心理论和确立指导一体化设计方法的设计模式。希望这些探索性的研究为正在蓬勃发展的中国城市化建设能够提供一些有效的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Since the Chinese entered the city and the integration of urban and rural development, rapid city and village construction. As the core of building space environment and urban construction industry, the rapid development of the industry, there are many aspects of the fault. In this context, the government put forward the development strategy, ecological and beautiful China establish comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable the concept of development. Based on this, the author puts forward the research and application of building space environment integrated design method, for the current domestic situation of city construction, centering on building space environment, explored a series of research work.
This paper focuses on the design method of professional point of view, the building as core, landscape environment and indoor environment for the wings, focuses on building space environment integrated design method. Through the summary of previous studies on the domestic and foreign related achievements, sorting, comparison, draw the integrated design of the ideological core of theories and research principles, both diversity and integrity that continuity, the principle of ecological sustainable development. This paper focuses on the two aspects of language integration, space integration, research on integrated design method for the thorough and the actual case was put into practice, the effectiveness of inspection guidance integrated design method under construction project. Through comprehensive study of theory and practice, finally summed up the building the design of space environment is the integration of diversified space, effective ways of integration of space, a comprehensive set of integrated design method to guide design practice The significance and social significance of the times and put forward the follow-up and good expectations of theoretical research. It is of great significance for our research on the development of urban construction and the design of building space environment.
The characteristic of this paper is to design the relevant previous research literature and excellent design cases at home and abroad through the construction of the space environment integration through comparison and analysis, combining with the design practice of the actual project to construct the core integrated design theories and design model establish the guiding integration method. The author hopes this research can provide some effective reference. Study China city is booming construction.
