游泳馆空间与设施的可变设计研究

【摘要】:首先,本文对选题背景做了基本分析,游泳馆近年来的大量建设存在着各种资源和财产的严重浪费,导致游泳馆空间利用率低,对外开放不充分,经济效益低下等问题,虽然有些地方将游泳馆改成自负盈亏的状况,,但是这种先天不良的改造却带来了很多危机,许多游泳馆为了适应多功能的使用,牺牲了原有的竞赛功能,使得竞赛类游泳馆建设的初衷消失殆尽。因此本文提出了游泳馆可变设计的概念,并论证了游泳馆可变设计产生的合理性和迫切性。可变设计是来自它对于不同需求而做出的新探索,它的目标是使游泳馆成为一个通过空间的灵活转换、设施的可调节变化来实现建筑的自我调控的系统。 其次,本文对游泳馆可变设计的需求进行分析即赛时赛后的经济运营、建筑功能的多元发展、空间的弹性利用、设备设施的高效使用。从而提出支撑体、可变体、转换体三个可变要素作为理论依据,最后分析出游泳馆可变设计的原则即功能复合性、空间拓展性、经济集约性、环境共生性以及要素的协同性。以此作为游泳馆可变设计手法的基本准则。 第三,本文通过功能、空间、设施、环境的探讨,将游泳馆可变设计分为空间的可变设计和设施的可变设计。空间的可变设计是通过游泳馆中各要素的可调节变化来改变空间的特性。设施的可变设计是利用设施的弹性化设计为游泳馆的使用灵活性增添了很多乐趣并为可变设计提供了有力的技术支持。这两者的相互促进、共同发展将成为游泳馆建设的强大动力。 游泳馆可变设计在科技高度发展的今天已成为现实,并以其卓越的灵活性、适应性和对未来的可控性等优点,将有力的融入设计当中,为城市的发展带来新的活力。它为适应不同环境、不同条件和功能,很好的解决了赛时赛后的矛盾和即使使用问题,实现节约与重复利用,从而达到体育、生态、社会的良性发展。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper makes a basic analysis of the background of the topic, swimming pool in recent years a large number of construction there are a variety of resources and property serious waste, resulting in a low space utilization rate of swimming pool, opening up is not sufficient. Low economic benefits and other problems, although some places will become self-financing situation, but this congenital malformed transformation has brought a lot of crisis, many swimming pools to adapt to the use of multi-function. At the expense of the original competition function, the original intention of the construction of the competition swimming pool has disappeared. Therefore, the concept of variable design of the swimming pool is put forward in this paper. It also demonstrates the rationality and urgency of the variable design of the swimming pool. The variable design is a new exploration made by it for different needs, and its goal is to make the swimming pool a flexible transition through space. A system of adjustable changes in facilities to achieve self-regulation of the building. Secondly, this paper analyzes the requirements of the variable design of the swimming pool, that is, the economic operation after the race, the pluralistic development of the building function, the flexible use of space, the efficient use of the equipment and facilities. Variable body, transformation of the three variable elements as the theoretical basis, the last analysis of the principles of variable design of swimming pool, namely, functional compound, spatial expansion, economic intensity. Environmental symbiosis and synergy of elements are the basic criteria for variable design of swimming pool. Third, this article through the function, the space, the facility, the environment discussion. The variable design of the swimming pool is divided into the variable design of space and the variable design of facilities. The variable design of space changes the characteristics of space through the adjustable changes of the elements in the swimming pool. The variable design of facilities is the use of facilities. The flexible design adds a lot of fun to the flexibility of the swimming pool and provides powerful technical support for the variable design. The two mutually promote each other. The common development will become the powerful motive force of the swimming pool construction. The variable design of swimming pool has become a reality in the high development of science and technology today, and with its excellent flexibility, adaptability and controllability to the future, it will be able to integrate into the design. For the development of the city to bring new vitality. It to adapt to different environments, different conditions and functions, a good solution to the contradiction after the match and even the use of problems, to achieve savings and reuse, so as to achieve sports.
