截流式分流制城镇排水系统的形式及设计研究

【摘要】:近30多年来分流制城镇排水系统在我国得到了广泛的应用,随着《室外排水设计规范》GB50014-2006(2011修订版)的发布与实施,,可以预见分流制城镇排水系统将得到进一步的应用。初期降雨径流污染问题已经在全球范围内得到关注,在我国,随着城镇污水等点源污染通过修建大量的城镇污水厂而逐步得到控制,初期降雨径流污染也将日益成为未来主要的城镇水环境问题之一。目前我国在初期降雨径流污染方面已经开展了一定的研究,个别城市甚至已经开始着手规划、设计和实施截流式分流制系统,但总体上来看,截流式分流制系统的规划和设计还没有得到应用的重视,系统性的设计理论和方法尚为缺乏,开展截流式分流城镇排水系统的设计研究显得十分必要和迫切,已成为我国未来城镇排水系统建设和城镇水环境保护与恢复的重要课题。 本文对国内外初期降雨径流控制技术及其设计和应用情况进行了综述和分析,在此基础上提出了截流式分流制城镇排水系统的若干形式,并对若干主要设计问题,如截流量的确定、截流井形式、管段设计流量的确定以及系统比选方法等进行了研究,取得了如下成果: (1)对截流式分流制排水系统进行深入的全面分析,依次提出了5种可行的系统形式即截流管+截流井(I型)、合建分流式双层排水管道+双层截流井(II型)、雨污水管+双层截流井(III型)、I型(或II、III型)+调蓄池(IV型)和I型(或II、III、IV型)+LID(V型)等,并针对每一种系统形式分析了其适用条件。 (2)分析研究了截流式分流制排水系统截流量、管道设计流量以及调蓄池容积等关键参数的计算问题,提出了相应的方法。分别为:1)截流量:具有降雨等降雨资料地区采用频率分析法+SWMM模拟校核,缺少资料地区采用经验取值+SWMM模拟确定;2)管段设计流量:对于截流井下游雨水管道设计流量,当截流井未截流高峰径流量时,采用目前的计算方法,当截流了部分高峰径流量时,则需在截流前设计流量的基础上扣除截流的部分高峰流量;对于调蓄池出流管设计流量,应根据下游排水管道或设施的受纳能力进行确定;污水管、截流管和调蓄池入流管段的流量分配及设计则根据污水管或污水厂剩余承载量以及物料平衡原理进行分配和计算;3)调蓄池容积应根据公式且通过SWMM模拟进行确定。 (3)提出了截流式分流制排水系统截流井的可选形式,并针对传统堰式(含跳跃堰式)截流井提出了设计方法,针对双层截流井提出了3种截流控制方式。 (4)针对截流式分流制排水系统的特点,提出了初步设计和施工图设计两个阶段的经济比选费用函数优化模型。 (5)探讨了截流式分流制排水系统设计的流程等其它问题,并运用上述研究成果,应用SWMM模型对重庆某片区截流式分流制排水系统进行了实际计算设计,表明研究提出的有关方法可行。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years separate urban drainage system has been widely used in our country, with the design specification "outdoor drainage >GB50014-2006 (2011 Revision) issued and implemented, can foresee the diversion system of urban drainage system will be further applied. The initial rainfall runoff pollution problem has received worldwide attention, in my in China, with the urban sewage point sources of pollution through the construction of a large number of urban sewage plant and gradually control, the initial rainfall runoff pollution will increasingly become one of the main urban water environment problem. At present our country is in the initial rainfall runoff pollution has been carried out some research, individual city has even begun planning and design. The implementation of separate system with interception system, but on the whole, intercepting the planning and design of the separate system has not been applied, systematic design theory However, the design and research of urban drainage system with intercepting diversion is very necessary and urgent. It has become an important topic of urban drainage system construction and urban water environment protection and restoration in the future.
In this paper, the initial rainfall runoff control technology at home and abroad and its design and application are reviewed and analyzed, then propose some form of intercepting diverging urban drainage system, and some main design problems, such as interception, intercepting well pipe form, determination of design flow and system selection method and so on, are as follows:
(1) to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of intercepting diverging drainage system, in order to put forward 5 feasible system form closure tube + intercepting wells (type I), building a split double drainage pipe + double intercepting wells (type II), rainwater and sewage pipes + double intercepting wells (III), I type (or II III) + CSDT (IV type) and type I (or II, III, IV) +LID (V), and analyzes its application conditions for each system.
(2) analysis of the intercepting diverging drainage system cut-off flow, calculation of design flow pipe and storage tank volume and other key parameters, and puts forward the corresponding method. Respectively: 1): cut-off flow analysis +SWMM simulation with check using frequency rainfall rainfall data simulated area, determined by +SWMM lack of experience value the data area; 2) pipe segment design flow for the design flow intercepting well downstream water pipes, when intercepting well without closure peak runoff, calculated by the present method, when the closure part of peak runoff, peak flow to the design flow based on the closure before deduction of closure for storage tank; a flow tube design flow, should be determined according to the downstream drainage pipe or facility assimilative capacity; sewage pipe, pipe and storage tank closure inflow pipe flow distribution and design according to the sewage pipe The remaining capacity of the sewage plant and the principle of material balance are allocated and calculated. 3) the storage capacity of the storage tank should be determined according to the formula and through the SWMM simulation.
(3) put forward the alternative form of intercepting well for intercepting diversion system, and put forward the design method for the traditional weir (intercepting well with jump weir), and put forward 3 kinds of interception control methods for double decker wells.
(4) in view of the characteristics of the intercepting drainage system, a cost function optimization model for the two stages of the preliminary design and the design of the construction drawing is proposed.
(5) we have discussed the design process of intercepting diversion system and other problems. With the above research results, we have applied the SWMM model to the actual calculation and design of the closure diversion drainage system in a certain area of Chongqing, which indicates that the related methods are feasible.
