【摘要】:本文主要研究了不同替代量的微硅粉对普通混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土的孔隙和抗压强度的影响。利用了SEM、EDS、粒度分布仪和金相显微镜分别分析了凝胶材料的微观形貌、成份及混凝土的表面孔隙。结果表明,在普通混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土中加入微硅粉和减水剂,制备的高强混凝土28 d最大抗压强度相比于普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土分别提高了37%和48%。掺入微硅粉后,粉煤灰混凝土比普通混凝土7 d早强性的提高更明显。早期的吸水率比终期的吸水率大很多,这表明微硅粉和粉煤灰在混凝土中的火山灰反应是从养护7 d后才开始起明显作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the influence of different amount of micro silica instead of ordinary concrete and fly ash porosity and compressive strength. The use of SEM, EDS, particle size analyzer and microscope respectively analyzed the morphology of gel material, surface composition and concrete. The results show that adding silica fume and superplasticizer in common concrete and fly ash concrete, compared to high strength concrete prepared with 28 d maximum compressive strength than that of Portland cement concrete were increased by 37% and 48%. doped in silica fume, fly ash concrete is more obvious than that of ordinary concrete 7 d early strength improved. Early absorption rate is much higher than the rate of the final water. That volcano ash reaction micro silica fume and fly ash in concrete is from the maintenance after 7 d began to play significant role.
