肯尼亚出口加工区运行绩效研究

出口加工区是一种有潜在价值的经济工具,有助于各国克服吸引投资和出口增长方面的一些现有限制。包括肯尼亚在内的许多发展中国家都建立了加工区,试图应对工业化的挑战,并促进以出口为导向的制造业。促进出口的动机是基于这样一项原则,即增加出口将反过来促进整体经济增长。然而,肯尼亚的EPZ计划在实现其预期目标方面并没有取得多大成功。正是基于这一考虑,本研究通过分析肯尼亚出口增长对EPZs绩效的影响因素,从实证的角度出发,探究其表现不佳的原因。本研究采用EPZs出口占全国出口总额的比重来衡量绩效,采用探究性分析思路,采用回归模型对1993-2017年肯尼亚EPZs的时间序列数据进行了分析。本文共分为六章。第一章是绪论。第二章简要概述了肯尼亚出口加工区、经营区、行业布局、市场和激励政策。第三章从出口、投资、就业和产出等方面分析了EPZs在肯尼亚的表现。第四章是EPZs绩效影响因素的实证分析、模型说明、数据分析和实证结果的讨论。第五章介绍了成功国家的出口加工区/经济特区的经验和需要吸取的教训。最后,第六章总结并提出了提高肯尼亚EPZs绩效的方式途径。实证结果表明,基础设施、生产力以及制度稳定性是影响肯尼亚...
