高校大学生知识产权意识提升研究

【摘要】：当代大学生的知识产权意识状况将直接影响我国知识产权战略实施和创新型国家建设。知识产权意识涵盖认知意识、情感意识和意志意识三个层面。由于文化、教育、制度及体制等因素的影响,大学生的知识产权意识状况总体上不容乐观。为提升高校大学生的知识产权意识,应完善知识产权制度运行机制;发展与现代知识产权制度相融合的传统文化;重视高校大学生知识产权意识教育;发挥高校课堂教学的主渠道作用;增强大学生的创新和运用知识产权的能力。
[Abstract]:The status of intellectual property awareness of contemporary college students will directly affect the implementation of intellectual property strategy and the construction of innovative country in China. Intellectual property consciousness includes three levels: cognitive consciousness, emotional consciousness and will consciousness. Under the influence of system and system, the status of intellectual property awareness of college students is not optimistic. In order to improve the intellectual property awareness of college students, the operation mechanism of intellectual property system should be improved. To develop the traditional culture integrated with the modern intellectual property system; to attach importance to the education of college students' intellectual property awareness; to give play to the main role of classroom teaching; to enhance the ability of college students to innovate and apply intellectual property rights.
