校外实习指导教师对职前英语教师教学实践的影响研究

  教育实习为职前教师们提供了宝贵的学习机会,让他们能够在真实的课堂情境中把理论学习与教学实践相结合,为未来的教学生涯做好充分准备。作为特定学科领域的资深教师,实习指导教师们在职前教师的教学实践中扮演着重要的角色,他们往往被实习生们奉为角色榜样。此前的研究已经涉及了教师教育的多个领域,其中包括对不同实习模式的探索以及数学、物理、音乐等各学科教学实习的现状。然而在我国,却少有研究把关注点放于英语学科的教学实习,研究者们也很少从职前教师的角度研究实习指导教师。鉴于不同国家乃至不同学科领域的教育实习都存在差异,加深对国内的职前英语教师的教学实习现状以及实习指导教师所带来的影响的认识就显得很有必要,以此促进教育实习质量的提升。因此,本研究旨在探索实习指导教师在教育实习过程中给职前教师们带来的影响。本研究主要围绕以下三个问题而展开:(1)在职前英语教师的教育实习中,实习指导教师在哪些方面影响了职前英语教师的教学实践?哪些是积极的或消极的?(2)实习指导教师通过怎样的方式给职前英语教师带来影响?职前英语教师们喜欢哪种指导模式?(3)职前英语教师在哪些方面未能受到实习指导教师的影响?本研究以华中师范大学...
