从目的论视角看国际商务合同的翻译

随着世界经济由萧条走向复苏,世界各国贸易合作往来日益频繁,中国也进一步加大了与国外合作的力度,这也使国际商务合同翻译变得尤为迫切。近年来,国内研究人员开始从多角度探讨国际商务合同的汉英翻译,包括从语言与文化、文体学和功能对等等方面进行研究,也取得了一定的成果。但据作者从CNKI搜集的225篇学术论文,58篇硕士论文,23本专业书以及10本杂志搜集的三百多篇文章统计,大部分国际商务合同的研究是从英译汉的角度进行分析,汉译英研究相对薄弱,国际商务合同翻译无论是从质还是从量上都比较薄弱,理论系统性仍然不够,尚待质的突破。 因此,本文试图在总结前人研究的基础上对所搜集的资料进行归类分析,并运用比较分析法和实例分析法,拟从德国功能目的论的角度对国际商务合同(主要是销售合同)的翻译(主要是汉英翻译)进行系统研究。目的论认为目的原则是最高原则,因此在国际商务合同翻译过程中,和传统的自下而上的翻译方法不同,目的论主张自上而下的方法,即译者可根据客户提出的翻译要求选择最适合的翻译策略。由此,译者不再拘泥于字面意思上对等的微观层面,而将重点放在翻译要求的宏观层面进行分析。 本文结构包括引言和结论共由五章组...
