论国际商务合同中的语法隐喻

　　语法隐喻(以下简称GM)理论是系统功能语言学家韩礼德开创的。他在1985年出版的《功能语法导论》中提出,隐喻现象不仅限于词汇层面,而且常常发生在语法层面,这就是语法隐喻术语的由来。 在韩礼德以及国内外其他著名学者对语法隐喻理论研究成果的基础上,本文采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法试图:1)解析韩礼德1996年后修正语法隐喻理论的主要内容,呈现笔者关于语法隐喻重新分类和功能提出方面的一些见解,分析其意义与缺陷;2)应用韩礼德的语域理论,分析语域与语法隐喻的关系以及国际商务合同的语域及语言特征;3)统计分析36篇国际商务合同中语法隐喻的种类及分布;4)探讨国际商务合同中语法隐喻的概念、人际和语篇功能以及语法隐喻对合同双方和撰写者的意义。 研究结果表明,1)韩礼德1996年后对语法隐喻的重新分类,极大地拓宽了语法隐喻的概念外延,更符合人类认知发展的规律,但该分类存在对形容词化、副介词化、动词化以及名词化的其他类型重视不足等缺陷。2)语法隐喻并不局限于科技语篇,也存在于商务、法律等抽象的书面语篇当中。3)国际商务合同中存在三种特殊的语法隐喻现象,即:缩略词的名词化现象,被动语态的形容词化现象,以...
