德国功能理论在英语商务合同汉译中的应用研究

　　随着我国市场经济的不断发展和改革开放的不断深化,尤其是中国加入WTO以来,对外贸易往来日益频繁,保证商务活动得以顺利进行的媒介——商务合同的签订则显得必不可少,因此商务合同翻译质量的高低尤为重要。对外贸易的发展使得研究商务英语翻译的学者日渐增多,但将商务合同翻译的研究作为专门研究对象的学者少之又少。在这些仅有的研究著作或文章中,有从文体学角度进行研究的,也有从系统功能语法视角进行研究的,还有从功能对等理论视角进行研究的。研究者们从不同的方面提出了许多有指导性的翻译方法和翻译策略,但并仅有几篇文章是从德国功能翻译理论的角度研究商务合同翻译的,因此作者尝试从德国功能翻译理论的视角出发,旨在探讨是否在德国功能翻译理论指导下能有更好的商务合同的汉译。与其他相关的文章不同的是,文章先从词汇、句法和文体三方面的分析概括出中英文商务合同的特点,并揭示商务合同翻译的功能,然后分析影响商务合同汉译的因素,将此理论应用于商务合同的汉译,总结出汉译的策略,最后以商务合同中的一种——采购合同作为具体研究对象,分析其翻译纲要,找出具体翻译方法,以此作为参考,指导各种不同商务合同的汉译。本文得出的结论是,德国功能...
