《工程标书专用合同条款》英译实践报告

　　经济全球化的深入发展使各国联系日益紧密,中外合作的项目数量也不断增多。在工程领域,中国积极深入参加国际分工,将一些风险较大、技术含量高的重大工程项目实行国际公开招标。作为建设工程项目文件中最为重要的部分,工程标书的合同条款是典型的信息型文本,包括了标书中涉及的各方的具体分工和职责,工期计划及进度,工程质量控制,验收标准等。对其客观且准确的翻译与我国企业维护自身权利息息相关。本报告节选了工程标书的专用合同条款汉译英翻译作为论文研究对象。工程标书的专用合同条款涵盖多个领域的专业词汇且用词正式、准确,实现专业术语和半专业术语的对等翻译以及正式用语在中英两种语言中的自然准确的转换,是两大翻译难点。本研究报告将源文本中出现的词汇作为案例,集中从词汇层面来探析对专用合同条款的翻译。采用相应具体的翻译方法来解决翻译实践中的问题,比如使用对等术语、直译实现专业词汇的还原,使用书面词、并置结构、名词化结构、古体词等翻译方法增强语体的正式性。报告的最后对翻译实践的整个过程进行了总结,基于专用合同条款属于信息型文本这一特点,笔者认为准确、简要地传达信息是翻译的主要原则。同时,笔者发现了自身翻译能力的不足,在...
