1992～2001年我国主要核心期刊上发表的老年神经系统疾病论著分析

【摘要】：目的　了解我国老年神经系统疾病的研究对我国老年人口增长和老年神经系统疾病增多的需要。　方法　对 1992～ 2 0 0 1年间中华老年医学杂志、中华神经精神科杂志、中华神经科杂志、中国神经精神疾病杂志、中国临床神经科学、中风与神经疾病杂志和临床神经病学杂志 7种杂志进行了查阅 ,并对其发表的关于老年神经系统疾病论著进行统计分析。　结果　 10年来 7种核心期刊共发表有关老年神经系统疾病论著 2 31篇 ,其中以中华老年医学杂志最多 ,14 8篇 ,占 6 4 .1% ;其次为临床神经病学杂志 ,2 8篇 ,占 12 .1% ;第 3位为中国神经精神疾病杂志 ,2 5篇 ,占 10 .8%。所涉及病种第 1位是脑血管疾病 ,78篇 ,占 33 8% ;第 2位是老年性痴呆 ,5 1篇 ,占 2 2 1% ;第 3位是帕金森病 ,2 9篇 ,占 12 5 %。其他疾病还包括老年人多系统萎缩、老年期重症肌无力、老年期抑郁症的流行病学和临床特点、老年人癫痫、老年人面神经麻痹、老年人外伤性颅内血肿和老年人重型颅脑损伤等。　结论　中华老年医学杂志为老年神经系统疾病论著的主要载体 ,研究内容主要涉及脑血管疾病、老年性痴呆及帕金森病 ,表明这 3种疾病仍是危胁老年人身体健康的主要疾病。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the need of the research on senile nervous system diseases in China. Methods from 1992 to 2001, the Chinese Journal of Geriatrics, the Chinese Journal of Neuropsychiatry, the Chinese Journal of Neurology, the Chinese Journal of Neuropsychiatric Diseases, and the Chinese Clinical Neuroscience were analyzed. The Journal of Stroke and Neurology and the Journal of Clinical Neurology were reviewed and their papers on senile nervous system diseases were statistically analyzed. Results in the past 10 years, a total of 231 papers on geriatric nervous system diseases were published in 7 core journals, of which 148 articles were published in the Chinese Journal of Geriatrics, accounting for 64.1%, followed by 28 articles in the Journal of Clinical Neurology. Accounting for 12. 1%, the third was 25 articles (10.8%) of the Chinese Journal of Neuropsychiatric Diseases. Among the diseases involved, 78 (33.8%) were cerebrovascular diseases, 51 (22.1%) were senile dementia, and 29 (12.55%) were Parkinson's disease. Other diseases include multisystem atrophy in the elderly, myasthenia gravis in the elderly, epidemiological and clinical characteristics of depression in the elderly, epilepsy in the elderly, facial paralysis in the elderly, Traumatic intracranial hematoma and severe craniocerebral injury in the elderly. Conclusion the Chinese Journal of Geriatrics is the main carrier of the works on senile nervous system diseases. The main contents of the research are cerebrovascular diseases, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. These three diseases are still the main diseases threatening the health of the elderly.
