中美医生医患交际中诊断信息告知方式的对比研究

中外学者对医患关系都进行了较为深入的探讨,对医生诊断信息告知的各种形式也进行了具体分析,然而这些研究大多存在一些不足,如：只研究某一特定医院医生的语言特征；仅通过对几位医生坐诊时的录音获取口头素材；对医生语言特征和其性别、国籍相联系的研究则相对较少；主要采用定性研究方法,没有采取系统的量化分析,结论往往带有较为浓重的主观色彩。 本文在进行医生诊断信息告知方式的对比研究之前提出了四个假设：一、对待不同的患者,医生会采用不同的方式告知其诊断信息；二、对待重症或绝症患者,医生一般会委婉间接地告知其病情；三、医生的性别会影响诊断信息的告知方式；四、中美医生在诊断信息告知方式方面存在着区别,即中国医生说话比美国医生更加委婉含蓄。本文创新之处在于运用语用学理论,采取定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,分析了中美医生面对七种常见疾病患者时所采用的诊断信息告知方式。 为了论证上述观点,本文采用问卷调查及访谈等调查手段。首先笔者参照医院病种的分类及预先调查结果,选取了七个常见疾病类型。其次,笔者在朋友们的帮助下对芝加哥大学医学院40名医生和安徽中医学院第一附属医院40名医生进行了问卷调查,并分别从芝加哥大学...
