心理认知视角下的言语误解研究

  作为交际过程中时常发生的一种现象,误解随交际而生,能够影响甚至在一定程度上决定交际活动的走向。对于关键信息的误解甚至可能会导致整个交际活动的失败。国内外不少学者对误解都有过研究,但大都止步于对误解概念的界定或误解现象的分类。虽然有一些研究涉及误解的产生机制,但其中不少只是限于对误解产生原因的罗列,很难形成系统的体系。 斯波博(Sperber)和威尔森(Wilson)等国外学者从认知语用学角度利用关联理论对误解的产生进行了分析,指出误解产生于听话人对话语不确定因素的错误推理,而决定推理正确与否的关键则在于听话人的认知语境与说话人的认知语境能否匹配。国内学者近年来对误解现象也开展了不少研究,其中以宗世海先生对于误解产生机制的研究最为系统。他指出误解产生的两个根源:说话人的话语以及听话人的心理;又进一步对误解产生的心理进行了较为系统的总结,指出了造成误解的普通心理与社会心理。 本文的核心问题是探索误解产生的心理认知根源。作为一种涉及语言、社会文化以及个人心理等因素的复杂认知活动,误解不仅仅会在语言层面上发生,交际语境的不确定性以及听话人自身心理状态对于误解的产生至关重要。本文将误解看作一种对...
