同义反复语又称同语式、重言式、同语等,其基本句型是A is A。同义反复语是一种特别的话语表达方式,存在于许多语言当中。从字面上看,它不传达任何命题信息,是一种累赘的表达方式。但在言语交际中它却能传达各种含义,具有丰富的语用功能。也正因为如此,在语言学界,同义反复语成为备受争议的话题之一。 同义反复语作为一种非常有趣的语言现象吸引了国内外诸多学者的眼球。逻辑学家、修辞学家、语义学家、语用学家等都从不同的角度对同义反复语进行了研究并提出了各自的观点。他们的研究取得了丰富的成果,并为进一步研究同义反复语提供参考和帮助。但仍然有许多关于这一语言现象的问题需要解决,如同义反复语的含义会不会因语言而异?听话人是怎样推理出同义反复语的含义的? 本文首先介绍了同义反复语的分类,并详细描述了同义反复语的句法特征和语义特征。在此基础上,本文从认知语用学的角度,应用关联理论对同义反复语的含义推导过程进行分析。关联理论认为,言语交际是有目的、有意图的活动,包括明示和推理两个方面。说话人通过发出语言刺激信号向听话人明示自己的信息意图和交际意图,而听话人则对说话人所提供的语言刺激信号进行解码,并将解码所得到的证...
