目的论视角下的《卖花女》翻译研究

　　戏剧作为一种独特的艺术形式,一直深受中外观众和读者的喜爱。随着翻译事业的发展,越来越多的国外戏剧通过翻译的桥梁被引荐给中国的戏剧爱好者。其中,尤其英若诚的戏剧翻译以其适合表演而闻名,而戏剧作为一种特殊文学文体,其译本可读性则被愈来愈多的人忽视。 萧伯纳,英国戏剧史上地位仅次于大文豪莎士比亚的剧作家,其最受欢迎的著作《卖花女》自面世以来,被译成多种语言,据此翻拍的好莱坞电影《窈窕淑女》,家喻户晓,曾赢得了奥斯卡金像奖。1956年,萧伯纳诞辰一百周年之际,人民文学出版社出版了中文版《萧伯纳戏剧集》,在这本戏剧集中,杨宪益担任了《卖花女》的翻译工作。自此以后,《卖花女》杨宪益译本经多次修改和重印,深受中国读者欢迎。然而,对其译本的研究可谓凤毛麟角。 弗米尔的目的论,能够针对戏剧翻译的双重性,为戏剧翻译的研究提供了一个很好的理论基础,论文从目的论的视角出发,对《卖花女》杨宪益译本进行了分析,并在此基础上尝试总结了杨宪益的翻译原则。 文中,作者试图回答两个问题：如何运用目的论的三条法则,目的法则、连贯法则、忠实法则来研究《卖花女》杨宪益译本?翻译《卖花女》的过程中,杨宪益的原则是什么?从目的法则...
