基于师生双向视角的高校英语专业教师角色隐喻的对比研究

  随着教育理念的更新和教学改革的深入,传统的教师角色也发生了变化。国内外学者对教师角色均有不同角度的研究,还有一些学者从隐喻的角度研究了教师角色。本研究旨在从教师与学生双向角度出发,运用启发式隐喻分析,对比高校英语专业教师与学生对英语教师角色隐喻看法的异同点,以期为英语教师职业发展和英语教学提供一些启示和建议。研究采用问卷调查和半结构式访谈相结合的方式,收集了英语专业教师和学生对英语教师角色隐喻的看法。研究分别发放了352份学生问卷和100份英语教师问卷,有效问卷分别为340份和93份。其中,8名英语教师和20名学生接受了半结构式访谈。通过对问卷和访谈的整合分析后,研究发现:其一,就教师方面来看,在14个英语教师角色中,英语教师对“文化传播者”、“合作性的领导者”、“培育者”、“修理者”、“教育事业热爱者”、“知识提供者”、及“朋友”的认同度明显高于其它隐喻。相对于男性教师而言,女性教师对“文化传播者”、“兴趣激发者”和“教练”具有更强的认同感。而且教龄越长,英语教师对“兴趣激发者”、“养育者”和“工具提供者”的认同度就越高;其二,就学生来说,“文化传播者”、“合作性领导者”、“兴趣激发...
