南非用户的微信钱包服务使用意愿影响因素研究

  微信钱包是通过功能性服务促进消费者进行金融交易的一种移动应用程序。最近的报告显示,该应用程序每月包含超过10亿活跃用户,在用户量上远超其最接近的竞争对手支付宝44%。在过去三年中,微信钱包已开始渗透到包括南非在内的一些发展中国家。据悉,在南非大约有500万人使用微信钱包服务。尽管微信钱包服务在南非获得了广泛认可,但以往研究并没有尝试探索激励这些欠发达国家的消费者去接受和使用该服务的行为因素。然而由于电子商务行业的发展和扩张,对于移动支付应用程序的开发人员来说,了解用户使用行为的影响因素就显得尤其重要,这将有助于他们如何根据消费者的实际需求设计和完善产品。为了弥补这个研究不足,我们在南非(非洲唯一一个拥有许多微信钱包用户的发展中国家)进行了独立的实证研究,试图了解用户接受和使用微信钱包的潜在影响因素。本研究将以扩展的技术接受和使用模型(TAM模型)为理论基础,并采用结构方程模型方法进行统计分析和解释。首先,本研究对发展中国家(特别是南非)引进先进技术的消费者反应行为进行理论梳理和理解。由于这些国家处于技术的早期采用阶段,我们通过对技术接受模型(TAM)及其扩展模型进行系统梳理和深入分析,...
