扁萼苔属葇夷扁萼苔亚属(Amentuloradula)的分类学和系统发育学

  扁萼苔属Radula Dumort.属于扁萼苔科Radulaceae,是苔类植中物种多样性最高的几个属之一,主要分布于热带和亚热带的湿润地区,目前世界范围内已接受的共有7亚属、259种。其中具有小叶分枝(microphyllous branches)或葇夷分枝(amentulose branches)的亚属葇夷扁萼苔亚属Amentuloradula Devos et al.中已被接受26个分类群。由于该亚属的分类研究主要基于形态学特征,导致种间界限模糊,亚属划分不明确,因此亟需对葇夷扁萼苔亚属开展修订工作。作者对1020份野外采集与馆际借阅的标本进行了形态学观察。分子系统学共选取了223份标本,其中120份标本属于葇夷扁萼苔亚属,基于atpB–rbcL、psbT–psb H、psb A–trnH、rps4、trn G与trnL–F 6个基因片段,采用最大简约法、最大似然法和贝叶斯推论法构建系统发育树。基于形态解剖学与分子系统发育学对葇夷扁萼苔亚属的分类与系统发育进行研究。主要研究结果如下:1)Devos et al.提出的扁萼苔属的七个亚属得到了支持,葇夷扁萼苔亚属可通过一些形态特征的...
