　　针对柔性导向三维织造技术中细长导向棒排布困难、劳动强度高、生产效率低的现状。设计了一种细长棒状料自动化排布装置,该装置由给料系统和排布系统组成,介绍其工作原理、总体结构和控制方案,其中给料系统采用辊子卷动棒状料下落实现了间隔式给料,排布系统通过更换前端实现了两种排布方法的切换。该装置结构新颖,通用性强,降低了三维织物生产成本,具有较高的工程应用和推广价值。
