【摘要】:经济和社会的快速发展,城市用水问题越来越显著突出,已经成为经济和社会发展的新瓶颈问题。目前,我国供水工程已经进入优化改造挖潜的新时期,由于实际供水管网计算复杂,管网改造设计问题在当下,若还应用原来的设计方法,已经无法在经济上给出最优答案。对于不断增长的供水需求的现实问题,供水管网优化改造问题越来越需要重视,亟需解决。 本文从作者的实际工作出发,以哈尔滨市近些年在城市供水方面发生的巨大变化为背景,通过对供水管网优化改造模型的建立与应用,实现对城市供水管网的科学管理。 通过对哈尔滨市供水现状包括水源水厂现状及配水管网现状的阐述,站在实际工作角度,对哈尔滨市城市供水存在的实际问题进行深入分析,为下步进行优化改造研究打下基础,确立目标。 通过对常用用水量预测方法进行分类,并考虑到哈尔滨市已有用水量数据较少,应用灰色预测模型对哈尔滨市中长期用水量预测分析,,利用较少的已知数据,保证预测精度,为哈尔滨市供水管网优化改造提供用水量数据支持。 随后,通过对供水管网优化改造模型的构建流程及内容的系统介绍,针对哈尔滨市供水管网特点及实际情况,构建供水管网优化改造模型。并在供水管网改造单目标模型基础上建立供水管网改造多目标模型。 最后,以磨盘山供水工程通水为工程实例,同时采用免疫算法对模型进行求解并应用。在哈尔滨供水方式发生改变的背景情况下,作出工况分析应用以及管网改造最优化寻解应用,验证优化改造模型的理论和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the problem of urban water use is more and more prominent, which has become a new bottleneck of economic and social development. At present, the water supply project in our country has entered a new period of optimization and reconstruction to tap potential. Because of the complex calculation of the actual water supply network, if the original design method is still applied in the present moment, the optimal solution can not be given in economy, and the practical problem of the increasing water supply demand can not be obtained. More and more attention needs to be paid to the optimization and reconstruction of water supply network, which needs to be solved urgently. Based on the author's practical work and the great changes in urban water supply in Harbin in recent years, this paper establishes and applies the model of water supply network optimization and transformation. Scientific management of urban water supply network is realized. Through the current situation of water supply in Harbin, including the current situation of the source water plant and distribution water network, from the point of view of the actual work, the actual problems of the urban water supply in Harbin are analyzed in depth. For the next step to optimize the research laid a foundation for the establishment of goals. By classifying the commonly used water consumption forecasting methods and considering that there are less water consumption data in Harbin, the grey forecasting model is used to forecast and analyze the water consumption in Harbin in the medium and long term, and less known data are used. The prediction accuracy is guaranteed and the water consumption data is provided for the optimization and reconstruction of Harbin water supply network. Then, through the systematic introduction of the construction process and content of the water supply network optimization transformation model, aiming at the characteristics and actual situation of Harbin water supply network. Based on the single objective model of water supply network transformation, the multi-objective model of water supply network reconstruction is established. Finally, taking the water supply project of Mopanshan as an engineering example, the model is solved and applied by immune algorithm. Under the background of the change of water supply mode in Harbin. The theory and application value of the optimization model are verified by the application of condition analysis and optimization solution finding of pipe network transformation.
