陶粒混凝土T形柱抗震性能研究

【摘要】:在目前低碳经济的大环境下,作为我国占耗能比重已逼近50%的建筑行业,其节能减排工作已刻不容缓。陶粒混凝土作为一种轻骨料混凝土,由于其良好的保温隔热性能及能充分利用工业废料的特点,对建筑业节能减排的实现具有良好的推动作用。T形柱结构体系作为异形柱结构体系的一种,在近二十几年的发展中逐渐形成了成熟的结构体系,由于它使建筑构件内部宽敞、平整、美观且造价经济,被广泛应用于工程实践中,有良好的发展前景。 鉴于目前对陶粒混凝土T形柱构件各种性能的试验和研究较少,其在抗震性能方向的特性有待进一步的研究,本文设计了7个陶粒混凝土T形柱构件,对其在低周往复荷载作用下的抗震性能进行试验研究。通过研究,揭示了在低周往复荷载作用下陶粒混凝土T形柱构件的破坏机理,绘制在低周往复荷载作用下陶粒混凝土T形柱构件的滞回曲线,分析轴压比、配箍率等因素对陶粒混凝土T形柱构件抗震性能的影响。 试验结果表明,轴压比对陶粒混凝土T形柱构件的抗震性能有较大的影响:一般轴压比越大,构件的承载力越高、延性性能越差,而轴压比因素对陶粒混凝土T形柱构件的刚度退化影响不明显;配箍率对构件的承载力及刚度退化的影响不大,对延性性能的影响也不是很明显。 此外,在试验结果的基础上应用ANSYS有限元软件对陶粒混凝土T形柱构件进行有限元模拟分析,通过改变混凝土强度等级、轴压比等因素,探讨这些因素的陶粒混凝土T形柱构件抗震性能的影响,并于试验结果进行比较分析。 最后,对本文的研究工作进行了总结,并对以后的研究方向提出了建议。
[Abstract]:In the current low carbon economy environment, as China accounted for the proportion of energy consumption has been close to 50% of the construction industry, the energy-saving emission reduction work has been urgent. Ceramsite concrete as a lightweight aggregate concrete, because of its good insulation performance and can make full use of the characteristics of industrial waste, has a good promoting structure system.T as a function of column shaped column structure to achieve the construction of energy-saving emission reduction, development in the past 20 years has formed a mature system structure, because it makes building components inside is spacious, smooth, beautiful and economic cost, is widely used in engineering practice, there are good prospects for development.
In view of the current test and there is less research on ceramsite concrete T shaped column member properties, further studies are needed to evaluate the seismic performance in the direction of the characteristics, this paper designed 7 T ceramsite concrete column member, experimental study on the seismic performance of the under cyclic load. Through the research, the failure mechanism of load T shaped columns under ceramsite concrete under low cyclic reveals the drawing load of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns under low cyclic hysteretic curve, analysis of axial compression ratio, stirrup ratio and other factors on the concrete T shaped column structure. The test results show that the influence of axial compression ratio on the seismic performance of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns: the axial compression ratio increases, the bearing capacity of members with higher ductility performance is poor, and the axial compression ratio on ceramsite concrete T shaped column structural stiffness degradation is not obvious effect; with little effect on the hoop the rate on the bearing capacity and stiffness degradation, ductility of influence is not obvious.
In addition, the application of ANSYS finite element software for finite element analysis of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns based on the experimental results, by changing the strength of concrete, axial compression ratio and other factors, to explore the effect of these factors of ceramsite concrete T shaped column seismic performance, and compared to the experimental results.
Finally, the research work of this article is summarized, and the future research direction is put forward.
