【摘要】：茶室作为中国古老的休闲文化场所，经历了萌芽——发展——兴盛——普及——衰落——再度兴起的一系列发展过程，这一过程不但是中国传统休闲文化在漫长历史长河中发展传承的体现，也是中国时代变迁和社会需求不断变化的结果。战争年代中一度落寞的茶室，在后工业时代到来之际，再次与人们的休闲生活建立起了密不可分的联系，逐渐成为人们工作之余重要的休闲文化场所。同时，后工业时代中社会需求的精致化趋势，使人们对茶室的需求和夙愿也有了更加细化的区分，就是在这样的时代背景下，以满足多元化公众需求为目的的茶室类型应运而生。不难看出，社会需求的变化使得茶室建筑在设计方面有了更大的发展思路和发展空间，值得设计师给予更多的关注和探讨。然而，现有相关建筑文献对于当代茶室建筑设计手法的研究还处在学术空白阶段，对于当代茶室现有案例的实践经验总结更是显得薄弱和迫切。因此，茶室设计的理论水平远远落后于实践水平，茶室在设计过程中因为这些原因不能得到充分的理论指导。这是导致目前茶室行业暴发户式的过度装修和符号化浅层次设计表达的直接原因，是当代茶室建筑设计需要迫切解决的问题。针对当前茶室建筑设计中的突出矛盾，本文以茶室建筑的发展历史与时代的关系为切入点，探讨了后工业时代到来之际社会变革和公众需求的多样化对茶室发展类型的影响；以实地调研的方式对全国范围内四十余个茶室进行了调研、体验和解读案例的选择，，用案例分析的方式对当代茶室中不同社会需求下茶室类型的十二个典型案例进行了分析和总结，希望从实践中有效地探讨当代茶室设计的一般方法，可以为今后的茶室建筑设计实践提供更多的理论依据和文献支持。
[Abstract]:As the old teahouse Chinese place of leisure culture, has experienced the embryonic developing prosperity -- a series of universal development process -- decline -- rise again, this process is not only Chinese traditional leisure culture in the long history of the inheritance and development of Chinese, but also the changes of the times and social demand changing results. Once the lonely room during the war years, the era of international industry, again with people's leisure life to establish a close relationship, gradually become people work an important place of leisure culture. At the same time, fine trend of social demand in post industrial era, so that people in the teahouse demand and also have a more distinguished wish refinement, under this background, to meet the diverse public demand came into being for the purpose of tea type.
It is not difficult to see that the change of the social demand makes the tearoom have development ideas and more development space in the design, the designer is given more attention and discussion. However, the existing related literatures on architectural design methods of the contemporary tearoom is still in the academic blank stage, for the case of contemporary Teahouse experience more is very weak and urgent. Therefore, the theoretical level of teahouse design is far behind the practice level, the teahouse in the design process for these reasons can not get sufficient theoretical guidance. This is the direct cause of the excessive decoration and symbol the teahouse industry upstart of shallow level design expression, is the urgent need for architectural design of contemporary teahouse to solve the problem.
In view of the current prominent contradictions in the architectural design of the teahouse, the relationship between history and current tearoom as the starting point, discusses the influence of diversification of post industrial era is approaching the social change and the public demand for tea development type; by the way of field research conducted a survey of more than forty Teahouse nationwide experience the selection and interpretation of the case, by way of case analysis analyzes and summarizes twelve typical cases in different social needs of contemporary teahouse teahouse type, hope useful to explore the general method of contemporary teahouse design from practice, can provide more theoretical basis and literature support for the teahouse architectural design practice in the future.
