焊接箍筋混凝土梁受剪性能试验研究

【摘要】:随着施工和钢筋焊接技术的提高,,焊接箍筋具有节约钢材、节约工时、方便施工、可工业化和标准化生产等性能优势,采用专门的焊机焊接,制作质量可靠,可避免传统绑扎箍筋在制作及安装中的各种弊端,具有良好的应用前景。然而,目前国内外对于焊接箍筋混凝土梁抗剪方面的研究较少,缺乏试验资料,现行规范中的公式是否会因为焊接箍筋与普通箍筋性能特点不同而不适用于焊接箍筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力设计,因此有必要进行焊接箍筋混凝土梁抗剪性能试验研究。 为研究采用焊接箍筋的钢筋混凝土梁斜截面抗剪性能,本文通过对6根焊接箍筋混凝土梁和4根普通绑扎箍筋混凝土梁的斜截面受剪性能试验研究。结合试验研究,考察了焊接箍筋混凝土梁与普通绑扎箍筋混凝土梁在试验加载过程中裂缝的产生及开展过程、梁受剪破坏形态以及梁的抗剪性能。研究焊接箍筋和普通箍筋在梁试件加载过程中的受力状态,测试并将焊接箍筋混凝土梁和普通箍筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力及挠度作对比。 试验研究结果表明在钢筋混凝土梁中以焊接箍筋替代传统绑扎箍筋作为抗剪箍筋是可行的,主要表现在焊接箍筋混凝土梁与普通箍筋混凝土梁的裂缝开展、变形发展和破坏形态基本相同,并且焊接箍筋混凝土梁的极限抗剪承载力略高于普通箍筋混凝土梁。将中国、美国、新加坡对于钢筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力计算公式理论计算结果与试验结果对比,发现采用中国规范的计算公式计算结果与试验值吻合较好,建议采用中国规范计算焊接箍筋梁抗剪承载力。 本文研究结果可为焊接箍筋混凝土梁后续研究和工程应用提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of construction and steel bar welding technology, welding stirrups have the advantages of saving steel, saving time, convenient construction, industrialization and standardized production. It can avoid all kinds of malpractices in the manufacture and installation of traditional stirrups, and has a good application prospect. However, at present, there are few researches on shear resistance of welded stirrups concrete beams at home and abroad, and lack of experimental data. Whether the formula in the current code is not suitable for the shear bearing capacity design of welded stirrups concrete beams because of the different performance characteristics of welded stirrups and common stirrups. Therefore, it is necessary to test the shear behavior of welded stirrups concrete beams. In order to study the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams with welded stirrups. In this paper, the shear behavior of 6 welded stirrups concrete beams and 4 common bound stirrups concrete beams are studied. The crack generation and development process of welded stirrups concrete beam and common bound stirrups concrete beam under experimental loading were investigated. The shear failure mode of beam and the shear resistance of beam are studied. The stress state of welded stirrups and common stirrups in the loading process of beam specimens is studied. The shear capacity and deflection of welded stirrups concrete beams and common stirrups concrete beams are tested and compared. The experimental results show that it is feasible to use welded stirrups instead of traditional strapped stirrups as shear stirrups in reinforced concrete beams, mainly in the crack development between welded stirrups concrete beams and ordinary stirrups concrete beams. Deformation development and failure are basically the same, and the ultimate shear capacity of welded stirrups concrete beams is slightly higher than that of ordinary stirrups concrete beams. In Singapore, the theoretical calculation results of shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams are compared with the experimental results, and it is found that the calculated results of the formulas adopted in China Code are in good agreement with the experimental values. It is suggested that the shear capacity of welded stirrups beam should be calculated by Chinese code. The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for further research and engineering application of welded stirrups concrete beams.
