现象学视角下历史建筑的保护与更新设计研究

【摘要】：在历史建筑保护与更新中寻求新老建筑的联系时,我们往往很容易陷入外在风格的模仿中,仅关注外在的视觉效果,而忽视老建筑的内在特征,如空间、肌理、材料、质感等等,这样难免导致感官贫乏以及与历史的割裂。现象学提供了一个新的视角,建筑现象学强调对建筑所在场所的思考,关注人在建筑中的空间体验。历史建筑的保护活动需要建筑师尽可能多地对有关建筑的历史和活动进行深入分析与思考,进而原真地保护历史并在其中延续当今的生活,为历史建筑延年益寿。这样就将建筑的事物性与人的意识很自然地联系了起来,这与现象学考察问题的角度不谋而合。本文通过将建筑现象学介入到历史建筑保护和更新之中,探讨了现象学视角下对人体感知与体验的关注以及相关的设计策略与方法。文中首先对现象学相关理论和发展脉络进行总结,分析现象学在建筑学领域应用的哲学基础,并讨论现象学与建筑学的联系。以知觉现象为主要脉络,探讨在历史建筑的体验中知觉感官系统扮演的角色与作用。强调源于对历史主观认识与感触产生的“历史性”相对于老建筑的重要性。在第三章中,分别从场地氛围,空间体验,材料感知,三个主要从现象学引申到建筑学领域的方面,结合实际案例进行具体分析,论述基于现象学视角的历史建筑保护与更新策略。第四章中分析了历史建筑保护与更新的方法,探讨各个建构要素对激发人体感知的影响。在第五章中,结合国内外重点案例及实践案例,分析现象学视角下的保护与更新设计策略的应用。文章最后强调了在历史建筑设计中我们不能仅仅追求所谓形式上的统一,而落入后现代主义的“纯粹布景术”的俗套,借助于现象学的视角,通过对调动人体感知的关注,我们可以从历史与现代的关联中创造出一种令人难忘的体验,而不必求助于历史主义,重建一种历史的延续性,为保护更新设计带来更多的想象力与创新的成分。
[Abstract]:In historical building protection and renewal , we often find the connection of new and old buildings , we tend to fall into the imitation of exterior style , only focus on the external visual effect , but neglect the inner characteristics of the old buildings , such as space , texture , material , texture and so on , which inevitably leads to the poor sense of sense and the splitting of history . The present study provides a new visual angle , which emphasizes the thinking about the location of the building and pays attention to the people ' s spatial experience in architecture . The protection activities of historic buildings need architects to deeply analyze and think about the history and activities of the buildings as much as possible . In chapter 3 , we discuss the historical building protection and renewal strategy based on the visual angle of view .
