【摘要】:供水系统是保障社会稳定和经济发展的基础设施。现今,国内外具有不同特色的输水监控系统已被广泛采用,降低了供水成本,提高了供水效率。目前,我国大多数供水系统都是采用继电器或独立的PLC控制,对于现代化工企业用水,水源可能距离厂区有几公里或几十公里,这样远距离的供水系统在进行远程监视和控制方面存在着电缆敷设、信号传输、远程监控等问题。 本课题利用WINCC的梯形图程序语言进行软件设计,并使用西门子PLCS7-300控制系统和GPRS两者技术融为一体的信号传输、监控方法,实现了水源地供水装置远程监控系统的实时数据监控、实时报警、历史数据查询、操作日志查询等功能,提高了设备运行监控的安全性、节约了成本、提高了企业的经济效益。 本课题以兖矿国宏化工有限责任公司远程水源地供水装置为载体,深入研究了GPRS技术在远程供水自动监控系统的设计和实现,主要做了如下工作: 1、根据远程监控系统的实际需求,给出了总体设计思想及其基于数据产生一数据传输一数据处理的工作流程图。在对目前几种常用通信方式及控制设备进行分析的基础上,确定了通信方式及硬件设备的选型,,设计了远程监控系统的总体结构。 2、给出了测控系统的功能与结构;基于PLC设计并实现了数据采集、命令响应、现场控制等软件;并通过语句表等编程语言方法对软件进行了设计与实现。 3、具体分析了TCP/IP(传输控制/网际)、UDP(用户数据报)、Modbus三种协议的特点,建立起监控中心、移动网关、DTU(数据终端设备)、RTU(远程测控单元)之间高效的数据通道,通过数据传输实例,研究了基于GPRS(通用无线分组业务)的无线DDN(数字数据网)解决方案,并确定了GPRS终端设备的选型,实现了数据准确、高效的传输。 本课题设计完成后,对系统性能与各控制功能分别进行了测试,所有测试项目均顺利通过,目前已上线运行,运行结果表明该DCS控制系统具有响应速度块、控制精度高、控制品质好等优点,达到了设计要求。 设计的远程供水自动监控系统现已在国宏输水管网中运行。监控中心对系统的综合分析展示了系统整体运行的效果,证明流量控制达到了预期目标,实现了可观的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
[Abstract]:Water supply system is the infrastructure to ensure social stability and economic development. Nowadays, water transmission monitoring system with different characteristics at home and abroad has been widely used, reducing the cost of water supply and improving the efficiency of water supply. Most water supply systems in China are controlled by relays or independent PLC. For modern chemical enterprises, the water source may be several kilometers or several ten kilometers from the factory area. The remote water supply system has many problems in remote monitoring and control, such as cable laying, signal transmission, remote monitoring and so on. In this paper, we use the WINCC ladder diagram language to design the software, and use Siemens PLCS7-300 control system and GPRS technology to integrate the signal transmission and monitoring method. The functions of real-time data monitoring, real-time alarm, historical data query and operation log query are realized in the remote monitoring system of water source water supply device. The security of equipment operation monitoring is improved and the cost is saved. The economic benefit of the enterprise has been improved. Taking the remote water source water supply device of Yankuangguohong Chemical Co., Ltd as the carrier, the design and implementation of the GPRS technology in the remote water supply automatic monitoring system are studied. The main work is as follows: 1. According to the actual requirements of remote monitoring system. The general design idea and the working flow chart of data transmission and data processing based on data generation are given. Based on the analysis of several commonly used communication modes and control equipment at present. The mode of communication and the selection of hardware are determined, and the overall structure of remote monitoring system is designed. 2. The function and structure of the measurement and control system are given. Data acquisition, command response, field control and other software are designed and implemented based on PLC. The software is designed and implemented by programming language such as statement table. 3. The characteristics of TCP / IP (Transmission Control / Internet / UDP) protocol are analyzed in detail, and the monitoring center and mobile gateway are established. DTU (data terminal equipment) between RTU (remote measurement and control unit) between efficient data channels, through data transmission examples. The solution of wireless DDN (Digital data Network) based on GPR (General Wireless packet Service) is studied. The selection of GPRS terminal equipment is determined and the accurate and efficient data transmission is realized. After the design of this project is completed, the system performance and control function are tested, all the test items are passed smoothly, and are now running online. The running results show that the DCS control system has the advantages of response speed block, high control precision and good control quality, and meets the design requirements. The designed remote water supply automatic monitoring system has been running in the Guohong water pipeline network. The comprehensive analysis of the system by the monitoring center shows the effect of the whole operation of the system and proves that the flow control has achieved the expected goal. Achieved considerable economic benefits and good social benefits.
