城市空间的复合利用研究

【摘要】：随着城市化进程的加快，城市的聚集效应已经达到了较高水平，不断促进城市的集约化发展。城市的聚集效应在给城市带来了巨大优势的同时，也给城市发展带来了一系列的问题，如人口激增、土地短缺、交通堵塞、环境恶化等，引发城市空间容量不足。地下空间以其自身的优势越来越受到人们的重视，掀起了开发利用地下空间的浪潮。在开发利用的过程中，，在大城市的核心地段出现了越来越多的集商业、办公、休闲、娱乐、交通、居住等为一体的城市综合体，由于交通的多元化发展以及城市集约化程度的提高，形成了城市综合体的复合空间。由于这类复合空间的出现，彻底地改变了城市土地的利用方式，从以前“摊大饼”的形式，转变成了高度集约化的立体—复合式综合体空间的利用。一般来说，这种复合空间是依附于城市的交通枢纽上的，由于多功能复合空间的磁力作用，城市交通带来的大量人流被吸引到综合体复合空间里，不仅如此，这种由交通引起的城市—交通复合空间也带动了周围土地和空间的复合利用。由于这类空间的立体化和复合化，使得地上地下空间的渗透和融合越来越多，所以地上地下一体化的利用成为一种必然趋势。当前对这类空间复合利用的研究相对不足，因此值得我们进行研究。本文首先在研究的背景及缘起中提出问题和对研究内容进行概念及范围的界定；其次对这类空间的利用现状进行研究，发现其存在的问题及成因；然后针对其存在的问题提出整体策略，以此缓解这类空间在对地上、地下空间一体化利用中出现的矛盾，这是从城市设计的整体视角对这类空间的复合利用提出的新的要求；最后进行案例分析，以此来衡量前面所提策略的合理性，以期本人的研究成果对于在以后的此类空间的研究及建设实践中能有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the aggregation effect of cities has reached a higher level, constantly promoting the intensive development of cities. The aggregation effect of cities has brought great advantages to cities at the same time. It also brings a series of problems to urban development, such as population explosion, land shortage, traffic jam, environmental degradation and so on. The underground space is paid more and more attention to by people because of its own advantages, which raises the tide of development and utilization of underground space, and in the process of development and utilization. There are more and more urban complexes in the core areas of big cities, which include commerce, office, leisure, entertainment, transportation, residence and so on, because of the diversified development of traffic and the improvement of the degree of urban intensification. Because of the appearance of this kind of complex space, it has completely changed the way of using urban land, from the form of "spreading big cake" before. In general, this kind of complex space is attached to the transportation hub of the city, because of the magnetic force action of the multifunctional compound space. Urban traffic brings a large number of people attracted to the complex space, not only that. This kind of urban-traffic complex space caused by traffic also drives the complex utilization of surrounding land and space. As a result of the three-dimensional and composite of this kind of space, there are more and more infiltration and integration of the above ground and underground space. Therefore, the utilization of aboveground and underground integration has become an inevitable trend. In this paper, first of all, in the background and origin of the study put forward problems and the research content of the concept and scope of the definition; Secondly, the present situation of the use of this kind of space is studied, and the existing problems and causes are found. Then put forward the overall strategy in view of its existing problems, so as to alleviate the contradiction in the integrated utilization of the above ground and underground space. This is a new requirement for the compound utilization of this kind of space from the overall perspective of urban design. Finally, a case study is carried out to measure the rationality of the strategy mentioned above, in the hope that my research results can have some reference value in the future research and construction practice of such space.
