准东露天矿采

【摘要】:露天矿边坡稳定性问题是同时涉及矿山安全和经济效益的关键问题,神华准东露天矿首采区采场东帮、外排土场西帮二者构成土-岩复合边坡,且采场边坡、外排土场边坡基底均为顺倾,煤层顶底板存在软弱夹层,均是不利于边坡稳定的影响因素。地面布置有排水渠、输电线路等设施,一旦滑坡将产生极大危害。论文以神华准东露天矿采场、排土场构成的土岩复合边坡为工程背景,综合运用现场调研、理论分析、极限平衡、数值模拟等方法和手段,对影响边坡对影响边坡稳定性的因素进行探讨,分析边坡的潜在滑坡模式;优化确定采场东帮、排土场西帮的稳定帮坡角,同时对二者构成的复合边坡进行稳定性分析,确定采场与排土场的安全距离;通过数值模拟手段对采场、排土场及二者构成的复合边坡的失稳变形破坏规律和机理进行研究。研究结果表明:准东露天矿采场-排土场复合边坡主要受岩土体物理学性质、层位顺倾、煤层顶底板弱层控制,滑坡模式为沿排弃物内部的圆弧滑动和以坡体出露弱层面为底界面的组合滑动。当采场为34°、排土场23°、安全距离为150m时复合边坡可满足安全储备要求。
[Abstract]:The stability of open - pit slope is the key problem of mine safety and economic benefit . Both the east and the west side of the mining area of Shenghua quasi - east open - pit mining area form the soil - rock composite slope , and the slope of the mining field and the slope of the outer drainage area are the factors which are unfavorable to the stability of the side slope . The paper takes Shenghua quasi - east open pit mining field and the earth - rock composite slope as the engineering background , and comprehensively applies the field investigation , the theoretical analysis , the limit balance and the numerical simulation to study the factors that influence the stability of the slope , and analyzes the potential landslide model of the slope ;
the stability analysis of the composite slope composed of the two components is optimized to determine the safe distance between the mining field and the dump site ;
The failure law and mechanism of the composite slope composed of stope , dump and both are studied by numerical simulation . The results show that the composite slope of quasi - east open pit mining field - dump site is mainly controlled by the physical property , bedding forward inclination and weak layer control of the coal bed top floor . The landslide model is the combination sliding along the circular arc sliding inside the waste dump and the weak layer of slope body as the bottom interface . When the mining field is 34 掳 , the dump field is 23 掳 , the safety distance is 150 m , the composite slope can meet the safety reserve requirement .
